Reminder Rules

Configure automated follow-up emails for each deal stage. Emails are sent to sellers and developers after a period of inactivity.

How inactivity is tracked

The system tracks the last time a deal moved from one stage to the next. The four tracked transitions are: Matched → Negotiation, Negotiation → Contract, Contract → Closing, and Closing → Closed. If no stage transition occurs within the configured number of days, follow-up emails are sent to both the seller and developer.
